Driving Employee Engagement: Engage. Inspire. Motivate.
To advance our mission, we need engaged people working together, with each person using their strengths to complement each other. Our ability to achieve excellence and best serve our mission is directly connected to how we build and nurture an environment of collaboration and engagement.
Our goal as an enterprise includes fostering an environment that: (1) enables consistent levels of high performance; (2) is innovative and drives efficiency; (3) intentionally works to build supportive relationships; and (4) values and focuses on creating engaging, productive and thriving teams. This not only has lasting impact internally, it also cascades to our wish kids and their families, volunteers, donors and local communities.
This session will be led by experts from organizations that are leading the charge and role-modeling cultures of engagement. Together, they will share lessons learned… What’s worked? What hasn’t? tied to retaining and recruiting fabulous talent. You will leave this session with ideas you can leverage to actively support a thriving workplace culture.
