Volunteer - Donor - Advocate: Working Together to Engage Our Volunteers

Join us for a panel discussion of your peers as we discuss holistically looking at volunteers to steward and engage them in multiple facets of our mission while eliminating the silo’ d boundaries of the past. Fundraisers, wish department staff and volunteer managers will want to attend this session because it will open everyone's eyes to many different ways to utilize volunteers to help us do our work and accomplish more. It's also important to apply the "donor-centric" model of fundraising to all organization constituents. Whether a constituent is a wish granter, a hiker, or a vehicle donor, their relationship should be maximized with the organization based on their talents, skills, and desire to be involved.
