This session will address the challenges some face around collecting content and engaging diverse wish families. It will provide an opportunity to brainstorm and share best practices as to how best to strengthen relationships with diverse communities, better understand why this is a hurdle in some markets and provide tangible strategies to address barriers to engagement. It will also highlight the resources National can provide in sharing diverse content and tips on crafting stories that can speak to these communities.
