Join us for a live Chair Yoga class to unwind, release tension, and give your mind a hit of energized focus. Led by yoga instructor Jess, this class will be done from the comfort and support of your chair and is appropriate for all fitness levels. 

Breathing is Magic

Yoga instructor Jess will lead us through some intentional deep breathing techniques to release tension and stimulate the vagus nerve. She’ll also show us a few restorative yoga poses that will deepen our relaxation response and melt away stress.
